Introduction

Welcome to the Easy Technology Help homepage! This is a site dedicated to helping computer newbies with some of the most frequent issues facing the general population. The types of issues are listed below, and if there is a term you don't understand you can click on the upper right tab called "Terms" to get a definition. This site is not a comprehensive list of how to fix every computer problem ever, it mainly contains the basics, but at the bottom of this page there is a support email linked that you can email for more help. 

Hardware

Hardware issues are issues with the physical parts of the computer, including mouse, keyboard, monitor, tower, and any cables that may be attached to them

Software issues

Software issues are issues with the applications on the computer rather than the computer itself, such as a program not opening or a virus alert.

Advice is a page dedicated to tips staying safe online. Find more on the page itself.

Terms

Terms is a page with definitions to computer terms that the average user may not understand.

This is where you can find contact information for tech help if you can't find something to help you on the website.
